Laurel Adams

Laurel is a UX researcher working across the Webex product portfolio to unearth and advocate for users’ needs in the product development process. She manages all aspects of generative and evaluative research studies. You can often find her interviewing users, identifying patterns, and brainstorming opportunities.

Laurel started her research career as an investigative journalist, honing her craft at the Center for Public Integrity, Viacom, and d.light design before joining Webex. She has a BA in International Relations from the University of Delaware, an MBA in Design Strategy from the California College of the Arts and is a doting dog mother to Stevie, a 2-year old terrier mix.
